RETURN AND EXCHANGE

At BORIS GEORGE HOBBY JEWELRY, we take great pride in providing quality and expert craftsmanship in all of our products. Attention to details, design, materials, and safety is our top priority. We carefully inspect each order prior to shipment. Once you receive your shipment we urge you to please inspect your purchase and notify us immediately of any discrepancy. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in original, saleable condition for a full refund of the purchase price.

• Return shipping fee and replacement shipping will be waived on replacements or exchanges.

• For your return to be accepted, please make sure that the jewelry has not been worn and that it is returned in its original packaging.

• Original shipping expense is not eligible for refund on returned items.

• The original purchase price of the returned item(s) will be credited to the original purchaser once the return is received.

• Depending on return shipping time, a return credit refund could take 7-14 days.

• Returns must be sent in via a trackable method.
